School of Personal Fit and Design

Sophisticated Tailoring For Women's sewing school began as a result of Edna teaching in different places around the county. She has taught all levels of design. We offer one day, several week classes and special events. Classes include construction and much more. Please click on the calendar to view summer offerings.

Level of Classes:

Beginner Classes - Understanding your sewing machine level 1-3, hand sewing, hemming

Intermediate Classes - Fitting and garment construction (shirt, skirt, dress, vest)

Advanced Classes - Pattern making and draping (jacket & pants)

Youth Classes - Summer camp and back to college boot camp

Tutu Classes - Romantic tutus, skirts, and bodices

Couture Design and Construction - Daywear, bridal and evening wear, pattern making and draping.
